The UCP has rigged several laws against workers, including changes to overtime averaging, increased powers of the UCP-appointed Labour Board, changes to injured workers' benefits, and more.
Unifor members heard from Alberta NDP Leader Rachel Notley in March 2023 at our regional meeting in Calgary. She committed to reversing Danielle’s Smith’s harmful anti-worker legislation.
